The staff showed exceptional care and respect towards my elderly parents, ensuring they were comfortable and accommodated. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during our entire stay. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and convenient, allowing us to relax and unwind in our sitting area by the terrace. the dining table was elegant and spacious, perfect for enjoying meals together. the washing machine in the room was a convenient amenity that made our trip much easier. the electric kettle was a small detail that did not go unnoticed, making it easy for us to enjoy hot beverages anytime. the flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of our room. the proximity to No.29 Bar and Kitchen at the Kensington and Garrods Bar & Restaurant was a delightful bonus, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals and drinks just a short distance away. Overall, the Kensington provided an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.
